Book your Party Now!
Plan your parties for an off-night (Sunday-Thursday) and pick a great date. Don't wait for the dates to fill up. Open Saturdays left are May 19, 26, June 8, 16, 23 & 30, Aug 11, Sep 1, 14, 15 & 29 and Nov 10 & 24.
Saturday fills up first, all other days are generally open for you.
We can take care of hosting your business event such as an off-site or training during the week easily.
We are booking through 2012, so don't wait for the good dates to be taken We can also schedule for 2013 and 2014.

Open House
We host open houses in our facility. The next open house will be Thursday, June 14, 2012, 6 pm to 9 pm, and another in September.
You can come by the hall anytime to see it and speak to our Facility Manager, Lawrence Lucido, who is available to answer your questions. Please contact the Facility Manager at 698-0414. |

Bridal Fair
The largest bridal fair in San Antonio is held at the JW Marriott, June 10, 2012. Come visit us at our booth 510. More information here. |

New Small Party Service Available
We have an option for hosting a small, intimate event in our bar and foyer area. We call this the "Cabaret." For a small party of 50, we can set up an area in the foyer and entry by the bar with tables. We have flexibility on food options which can lower your price for a small lunch or dinner social to a very reasonable amount. Come and see our Facility Manager to see what he can do. |
